Brook Phifer — Vice President
Brook combines decades of business leadership with a personal passion for supporting people with disabilities, including his own son with autism. With a background in engineering and executive roles in oil and gas, he brings strategic planning and governance expertise to CLA. A longtime Special Olympics coach, Brook has served on CLA’s board since 2005 and is dedicated to ensuring quality, sustainable services.
