Not all service agencies are created equal! We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality supports that provide genuine, quality experiences that enrich lives and build lasting, life-long relationships and opportunities.
Here is where we shine…
More than anything, this philosophy permeates our core. All members of our staff and host home providers are committed to helping each individual served live the most worthwhile life possible in his or her community.
At the heart of our approach is a team environment, where the service recipient is the focus of a system of interdependent individuals and structures, including the host home provider, our staff, family and caregivers, and community stakeholders.
3. Individualized Care
We believe that everyone deserves a fulfilling, productive life. Each and every day, our highly qualified, competent team members provide comprehensive social services to people with developmental disabilities and their families specific to their individualized needs. We pledge to do this with warm, friendly, and an emotional support level that is unsurpassed in the industry.
4. Experienced Programs
We’ve been around the block. As the first service agency to provide host homes in Colorado, we’ve been at the forefront of helping individuals with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality programming that focuses on the service recipient with progressive, creative, personal outcomes-based programming that delivers real results.
5. Team Longevity
Every member of our program management team has over ten years of service with our agency, a majority of our staff has personal experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and 3 of our 5 program managers have been host home providers.
We make a conscious effort to contain growth in order to maintain a high level of service. That’s because, as a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization, we’re not driven by profit. We only offer services when we’re confident we can meet a service recipient’s needs. Growth for the sake of growth is just not in our vocabulary.
