Ingredients (1 serving):
- Turkey Bacon – 2 strips
- 1 egg – scrambled
- Cheese – grated
- Bell pepper – chopped
- Flour Tortilla
- Diced Tomatoes
- Brown bacon
- Scramble 1 egg
- Chop bell pepper
- Place two strips of bacon, egg, cheese, and bell pepper on half of the
tortilla. Add diced tomatoes (optional).
- Fold over and place on griddle.
- Brown one side – flip over and brown the other until cheese is melted.
Fruit & Yogurt Parfait:
- Vanilla Yogurt
- Cut strawberries into small slices
- Mix strawberries and blueberries with vanilla yogurt
- Place in a bowl (or parfait cup)
