Lil Dynamite’s Best-Ever Burrito Bowl
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 Cup uncooked rice
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 3 Cups Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 2 Diced Roma tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Bottle Chipotle Cream Sauce (to taste)
Directions:
- Cook rice according to package directions
- When rice is cooked, stir in salsa
- Place rice in bowls
- Add vegetables to taste (lettuce, corn, beans, tomatoes and cilantro)
- Add Chipotle sauce
