Lil Dynamite’s Best-Ever Burrito Bowl

 

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 Cup uncooked rice
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 3 Cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 2 Diced Roma tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Bottle Chipotle Cream Sauce (to taste)

 

Directions:

  • Cook rice according to package directions
  • When rice is cooked, stir in salsa
  • Place rice in bowls
  • Add vegetables to taste (lettuce, corn, beans, tomatoes and cilantro)
  • Add Chipotle sauce
