Our Services Residential Services Employment Services Community Services CLA's Residential team is comprised of a Residential Director, Program Managers, a Registered Nurse, a Direct Support Coordinator and an Intake Coordinator. All team members have extensive experience in working with adults with developmental disabilities and have received special training for their area of expertise.
CLA successfully matches each individual with either a host home, apartment, or roommate situation through formal and informal interviews, background checks and a series of visits. When a good match is made, the new home supports each individual toward a more independent and fulfilling life.
CLA helps each individual target and develop a career in his/her field of interest while we pair him/her with local businesses for complete employment solutions. Individuals get a job they enjoy while local businesses learn how they can tap into an underutilized labor pool.

assist individuals in accessing their community. CLA staff include safety
training, money management, and bus training in this service. The goal of
community access is to help develop natural supports for individuals in their
own communities in order for them to have the greatest degree of independence
from staff.
