Community Living Alternatives, Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Aurora, Colorado.  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Host Home Provider - Independent Contractor, always taking applications.

A "Host Home" is a part of our residential program which provides people with developmental disabilities a stable home environment. This allows an individual with developmental disabilities to live with a family or individual without disabilities.  A Host Home Provider is an independent contractor and not an employee of Community Living Alternatives, Inc. You work on your own and comply with state and agency regulations and to fulfill your contractual obligations, responsibilities and duties. We offer on-going training and support for our Host Home Providers. We also have a Nurse and Benefits Specialist for further support of this position.

Requirements: Training in Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR, Legal Rights and Abuse Prevention of adults with developmental disabilities. Several agencies have these classes available on a regular basis and are available to anyone.  You must have a satisfactory background check and references.  You must also be a willing, patient, and caring person, who can also comply with agency requirements.
