Employment Consultant Whether an individual is looking for their first job, changing careers or enjoying their present job, a CLA Employment Consultant will develop short and long-term career plans based on what we discover in an assessment called an Individual Marketing Profile. We fully prepare the job seeker for interviewing through professional workshops and with a professionally designed resume. The Employment Consultant assists in defining a job seeker's interests, preferred working environment and schedule, and development of natural support networks at the jobsite. |
